Dragon Naturally Speaking is Voice-to-Text conversion software. It makes writing much easier and faster because you can speak faster than you can write or type. It also saves on writer’s cramp or carpel tunnel syndrome.
I am not including it in the free/low cost tools because it is a bit more expensive.
