How to Create Quick Videos with Jing

Jing makes it very easy to create quick videos when you want to show something to someone else.  I use it quite a bit when I have a question about a website or software.  I will create a video where I show what I am doing and what problem I am having, upload it to screencast.com and send the link to customer service.  This makes it much easier for the customer service people to see what is going on and saves time and effort for both of us.
