On the hot seat this month is Isaac, who created a guide for car buyers. He is developing a prospecting system for car dealers and is using this guide as a foot in the door that dealers can use in their prospecting.

One issue that surfaced immediately was that Stan and John really didn’t understand what Isaac’s business plan was. They spent the first part of the hot seat as sales detectives, making sure they were clear on where Isaac wanted to go before they gave him any advice.
