This is a hot seat for a local home improvement contractor who wants to expand his business. He installs concrete steps, and his prices are about 30% higher than his competitors, so he sells on value rather than price.
He has a flyer which he mails out that appears to be very effective. He gets about 80 leads per month and is able to close 56 (70% closing rate). The ad is not very slick, but works.
They discuss various ways he can use to find buyers, how to increase the number of people who call and how to close more effectively over the phone…though his closing rate is now very good.
