Overview: How to update your meta tags and title on your website for SEO. This one might seem pretty basic, and there is debate about whether or not this makes a huge difference in SEO (or if Google even pays attention to them anymore), but do it anyway. SEO Assignment: Get your meta-tags and title tag ducks-in-a-row. Those are the keywords, descriptions and title of your page. First, a little trick to look at the code on any site: Open your brower, pull up a website, on the toolbar, click “view,” then “page source” or “source.” It will open up a window that shows you the code for that page. (I like to use this to see what keywords competitors may be using in their meta keyword tags.)…
