The SWS is an awesome program. You’re really going to enjoy this… and learn a LOT about selling and marketing.
This page should answer all of your post-order questions. Please read it carefully, as it covers several topics.
If at any time you find yourself lost or confused, hop over to MarketingRebelSupport.com and open a ticket. We’ll get back to you quickly. Often the same day. Always within 2-3 business days (even during our busiest periods.)
Order Receipt
A receipt for your purchase has already been emailed to you.
If you paid by credit card –
A charge from “MARKETING REBEL” will appear on your next credit card statement.
If you paid with PayPal –
You may log into your account at www.paypal.com to view the details of your transaction. If you used PayPal to pay by credit card, a charge from “PayPal *MARKETINGREBEL” will appear on your next credit card statement.
What Happens Next?
When you are ready to enter your SWS Classroom and begin the coaching program (and you can begin right away if you like), hop over to MarketingRebelSupport.com and open a ticket. In that ticket include your name and email address and let Anne know what day you want your SWS Coaching to begin.
We’ll try to set up your access within 24 hours. Most of the time we can do it the same day. However, if you happen to contact us on a busy day, weekend, holiday, or something like that, it might take us a day or two.
If we don’t hear from you within a week or so, our system will automatically activate you in the coaching program and send you an email with everything you’ll need to know.
What Happens After I Let You Know I’m Ready to Rock & Roll?
Anne will send you an email with all the instructions you’ll need to find your Simple Writing System Teacher, Classroom, and bonus training materials.
As a Simple Writing System Student, you’ll have access to special areas of this website that are not open to most members.
You’ll need to log into this site to get to your SWS Classroom. So be sure to save your login information. (If you forget your password, there’s a link for that on the site home page.)
What Happens The First Day of SWS Coaching?
Everything! Or not so much. It’s 100% up to you.
There is no content, Q&A sessions, or anything in the SWS that requires you to be anywhere at any particular time. You will go through the entire course at your own pace on your own schedule.
Everything you need (videos and exercises) to begin the SWS Coaching Program is here on this site. So even if your Workbook hasn’t arrived (more on that below), you’ll be able to begin.
If any of this seems even a little bit confusing, please don’t worry about it. We’ve taken over 1000 students down this path. We’ll get you set up. And we’ve got a team of people, besides your SWS Teacher, to answer any questions and point you in the right direction.
Anything Else I Should Know About SWS Coaching or SWS Classroom?
Everything is well organized and easy to find, so you shouldn’t have any problems. And if you do, you know where to find us and ask any questions — MarketingRebelSupport.com.
Your Profile & Membership Settings
Before diving in, please take a moment to review the information about yourself that you’ll be sharing with other SWS Students and Marketing Rebel Insider’s Club members.
You can do that by clicking here -> Update Your Member Profile.
On that Your Member Profile page, Display Name is what your SWS Coach and other members will see when you post exercises in your SWS Classroom and questions or comments in The Clubhouse.
If you don’t like any of the options created when you signed up, enter what you want other members to call you in Nickname. Click the Update button near the bottom of the page to save your Nickname, then select in from Display Name and click Update again.
Your profile also lets you share more information about yourself and your business with your fellow members. There’s a good chance some of your fellow MRIC Members are ideal business partners or customers. Your profile gives those folks a chance to find you.
Do I Have The Best Email Address For You?
I just sent you an email asking you to confirm the email address you used in the checkout process is the one you would like me to use to keep in touch with you.
We need to be sure we have an email you check regularly so you don’t miss any SWS instructions or the shipment tracking information for your SWS Workbook.
If you don’t see that email in your inbox in 5 minutes, please look for it in your spam, junk, or bulk email folders. If you find it there, add us to your contacts or whitelist us so we land in your inbox the next time.
We do everything possible to ensure our email delivery. But despite that, because so much junk/spam email is sent by others, ours gets snagged in a filter sometimes.
If you cannot find your purchase receipt or email confirmation messages, please go to MarketingRebelSupport.com and create a Support Ticket. Be sure to include the email address you used to order, the date of your order, and your order number (if you have it). We will get you any information you missed right away.
If you prefer we contact you at an email address other than the one you entered into our shopping cart, or the email attached to your PayPal account, go to MarketingRebelSupport.com and create a Support Ticket. Be sure to give us your order number and/or the date of your order, the email address you used, and the email address you would like us to use to contact you.
And, for the record, we will NEVER share your email address or other contact information with anyone. We spend a small fortune every month dealing with spam. We are not about to contribute to the problem. Every email I send you comes with an opt-out link. One click and that will be the last email you ever get from me.
Shipping Policy:
Your SWS Workbook will be shipped in 1-3 working days. We usually ship the same or the next business day, but during busy periods like product launches, it can take our fulfillment center another day or two to ship all our orders.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking/shipping details, if available. (NOTE: If you chose US Ground Shipment, there is often no tracking information for these orders. So don’t panic if you don’t hear from us in 1-2 days. I promise we’ll ship your order.)
If you do not receive your order in 4-10 days (depending on the shipping option you selected), please go to MarketingRebelSupport.com and create a Support Ticket.
Delivery Issues:
If the shipping method you selected has a tracking number, we will email that to you when your order ships.
Delivery delays are rare. If your SWS Workbook does not arrive several days after you expect it, and you do not have shipment tracking information, let us know and we’ll look into it. If needed, we’ll file a formal investigation with the carrier (post office, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to obtain proof of a lost shipment.
If we are shipping your SWS Workbook outside of the United States, delivery delays are still rare. As I’m sure you know, routine customs inspections can hold packages up a day or two.
Because we use every legitimate way to help our customers avoid unnecessary customs fees, our customers are rarely charged them. However, we are not responsible for customs fees charged by your country.
