We didn’t get into this, but I know you offer things that your competitors don’t offer. You must be doing that for a reason. So need to find out…and, again, who was…Lorrie was talking about asking the people why they came in, but what made them buy?
Especially you want to talk to those people. Every hour you spend talking to those people is just going to pay off for you in bunches. Ask them…did they go to the competition, and why did they choose you over the competition? And, the implication there is that you paid more to come to us, why did you do that?
You may not want to bring that up because they’ll ask you to take your stairs back and go to the competition. “What? It’s cheaper? Are you kidding?”
