Before you make any sale, the prospect must know, like, and trust you. The best way to achieve this is to have satisfied customers saying how great you are, in the form of testimonials.
In this video, John explains where to look and how to dig to get some compelling testimonials. Toward the end, Stan discloses one tweak which immediately boosted their response rate by almost 20%!
